Why does your belly fat does not goes away even after dieting and exercise? According to the specialists, excess fat is not the only reason for your swollen belly. This has became a real problem for many people and they think that excess fat is the single factor due to their round abdomen. They mostly rely on diet control and workout. Since there may be many reasons behind swollen belly, strict diet & exercise does not shows any effect.

1. Inadequate Drinking of Water 

Many people naturally drinks less water in a day. Others consume cold drinks or coffee as a replacement of water. Doing so creates a scarcity of water inside the body as a result of which tissues tends to store more water inside them expanding their surfaces. This expansions create swollen belly.
